Key responsibilities
  • 01Oversee all aspects of the Adventure Park’s operations: from hiring team members, maintaining safety standards, managing equipment & facilities, to defining guest‑
  • 02Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented, safety checks performed regularly, and equipment is maintained to highest standards.
  • 03Lead, train and develop staff; manage guest service quality; liaise with marketing and internal departments for promotional activities.
  • 04Work actively in an outdoor adventure‑facility setting with dynamic thrill‑ and family‑based activities such as ziplines, rope courses, climbing walls, giant swings, etc.
Required qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Adventure Park Manager or comparable operational manager in leisure/park setting).
  • English fluency required; other languages beneficial.
  • Current internationally recognised First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work in outdoor settings, passion for training and developing staff.
  • Educational requirement: High School diploma or equivalent; preference for Bachelor’s degree depending on employer
